Continued Thursday 18th July 1776.

in the Occpation of Joseph Maisters< no role > and Partly on certain
Warehouse and Workshops in the Occpution ofEast
containing in length from East to West on the South Side thereof
one Hundred and Eighteen feet and Six Inches of Assize
little more or less and on the Northside thereof one hundred
and Twenty Feet and eight Inches of Assize little more or less
and in Breath from North to South on the East side thereof
Sixty five Feet of Assize little more or less and on the West side
thereof Fifty two Feet and four Inches of Assize little more
or less which said thereby demised Ground is part of the
Possesions of the said Hospital of Bethlem and is more
particularly described and delineated in a Map or Ground
Plot thereof thereto annexed together with all ways passages
Lights Easements Water Courses Commodities and Appartnences
to the said thereby demised premises belonging or Appretaining
To hold the same unto the said John Baker< no role > his Executors
Administrators and Assigns for Sixty one years from Lady
Day one Thousand seven Hundred and Thiry seven at a
pepper Corn the first Year of the said Term and four Shillings
a year for the Remainder payable Quarterley Tax Free
That the said John Baker< no role > the Tenth day of October one
Thousand seven Hundred and Thirty eight Demised or Leased
by way of Mortgage to one Charles Scott< no role > the said Premises by
the said Lease Granted amongst others for a Term short of the
said Term Granted to the said John Baker< no role > as a aforesaid
That the said John Baker< no role > by Deed dated the 8th day of
November one Thousand seven Hundred and Thirty eight
Assigned the said premises by the said Lease Granted as aforesaid
amonged others to the said Joseph Maister< no role > then of the Parish
of Alhallows London Wall , London, Timber Merchant and
James Theobald< no role > of the Parish of Saint Mary at Lamberth
in the County of Surry Timber Merchant and John Smart< no role >
of the said parish of saint Leonard Shoreditch Brickmaker .
Subject to the said Mortgage In Trust to sell the same
as therein is mentioned. That the said Charles Scott< no role >
James Theobald< no role > John Smart< no role > and John Baker< no role > by Indenture
of assignment and Release dated the Twenty third day of
March one Thousand seven Hundred and Thirty eight
Assigned Released and confirmed to the said Joseph Maisters
the said premises by the said Lease Granted with the
Apprentenances for the then remainder of the said Term of Years
That the said Joseph Maisters hath some time since
departed this Life but before his death duly made and Published
his last will and Testament and thereby gave the said Permises
