Set my Hand and Seal this Twenty second Day of November one
Thousand seven Hundred and Seventy five Wm. Kinleside< no role > Sealed
and delivered (being first duly Stampt) in the presence of Esqr . Kinleside
Richd Woodhouse< no role > " It is Ordered that the resignation of the said
William Kinleside< no role > be Accepted and that for the future his name be
omitted in the List of governors of these Hospitals

Upon Reading the humble Petition of the Revd . Thos. Booth< no role >
Master of Arts Setting forth that the Curacy of the Parish of Wainfleet
Saint Mary being now Vacant by the death of the Revd . Mr. Edward
Bayley
< no role > the late Curate thereof and the Petitions having no preferment except
a Fellowship in Lincoln College Oxford and having duly served the said
Curacy ever since Mr. Bayleys death humbly prayed to the Elected Curate
of the said Parish and the Question being put that the said Thos. Curate
of the said Parish and the question being put that the said Thos. Booth< no role >
be Elected Curate of the said Parish at passed in the Affirmation
Whereupon the Right Worshipful Sir Walter Rawlinson< no role > knt
President Declared the said Thomas Booth< no role > duly Elected Curate of the sd
Parish of Wainfleet St. Mary

Brown John< no role > his Bill
to be paid


It is Ordered that a Bill delivered by Mr. John Brown< no role > of
fleet Street Paper man amounting to £19..16s..8d for work done at
the Apartment of the Revd Mr. Parfect the late Reader be paid by the
Steward of this Hospital
