At this Court Richard Tayler< no role > of Charlton House near Sunbury
in the County of Middlesex Esqr . was unanimously elected a Governor
of these Hospitals and it is Ordered that a Staff be sent him
forthwith.

At this Court Mr. William Loveday< no role > of Charter House Square was
appointed a Governor of these Hospitals by the Right Worshipful
Sir Walter Rawlinson< no role > knt . and Aldn . President Pursuant to an
Order of Court dated 29th May 1775 and it is Ordered that a
Staff be sent the said Mr. Loveday forthwith

At this Court Mr. treasurer reported that John Moseley< no role > Esqr
by his Will dated 8th. Augt. 1773 Gave a Legacy of £500 to
Bethlem Hospital

Upon Reading the resignation or Disclaimer of
Mr. Wm. Kinleside< no role > of his Office or Franchise as one of the
governors of these Hospitals in the Words and Figures following
(Vizt.) To all People to who these presents shall come
Whereas the governors of Bridewell and Bethlem Hospitals
London by an Order made at a General Court held at the said
Hospital of Bridewell on Friday the seventeenth day of January
one Thousand seven Hundred and Fifty two Did Nominate
and Elect William Kinleside< no role > of London Bridge Apothecary
a Governor of the said Hospitals who received a Staff and took
his Charge accordingly and thereby became and was well Intitled
to the said Franchise and all Rights and previledges thereunto
belonging or Appertaining And Whereas the said William
Kinleside
< no role > for divers good Causes and Considerations him thereunto
moving is minded and desirous to surrender relinquish Cede
disclaim and give up his said Office or Franchise of Governor
of the said Hospitals and all the Rights Priviledges and Emoluments
thereunto belonging Now know ye that I the said William
Kinleside
< no role > have surrendered relinquish Ceded and given up
to The Worshipful The President treasurer and governors of the
said Hospitals and by these presents Do surrender relinquish Cede
and give up To the said President treasurer and governors All
that my Office or Franchise of Governor of the said Hospitals
together with all Rights previledges and Emoluments thereunto
belonging And I do hereby disclaim the said Office and
Franchise and all Right Title pretentious and Claim of in
and to the same by Virtue of the said Election for Nomination
or otherwise howsoever In Witness whereof I have hereunto
