And Referred to The
Committee of Treasury


Committee should be open to every Governor and all who Attended to
have Voices and all governors to have Notice of the respective Meetings
And by a subsequent Order made the Fifteenth Instant It was Ordered
That a Committee of Treasury whereof five to be a Quorum should be
and were thereby Appointed to meet at the time therein mentioned Now
It is Ordered That the Powers given by the said Order of the first
and eighth Instant be repeated And it is further Ordered That
it be referred to the Committee of Treasury to prepare and lay before the
General Court such Rules and Orders as they shall think Necessary
for the better Management of these Hospitals and the Security of the
Revenues thereof and that they request the Advice and Assistance of such
other governors as they shall think proper

It is Ordered That Mr. Deputy Rogers Mr Abraham Bucknock< no role >
Mr. Robert Harding< no role > and Nicholas Nixon< no role > Esqr be added to the
Committee of Treasury

That the Thanks of this Court be given to Mr. Deputy Rogers
and Mr. Thomas Horne< no role > for their Attention to the Wilfare of these
Hospitals

This Court having Agreed upon the Fifteenth Instant to Accept the
Proposal made by Mr. Joseph Cruttenden< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. on behalf of Thomas Jukes< no role > Esqr
Jukes Colsen< no role > Esqr and Andrews Harrison< no role > Esqr . for Payment of £4006..16s.11d
being a Moiety of the Deficiencys in the Accounts of William Kinleside< no role > with
the said Hospitals on Condition of the said Hospitals Executing a full
Discharge to the said Mr Kinleside of all Demands on him and Mr
Cruttenden not having Appeared this day fixed by the Court for Carrying
his proposal and Agreement into Execution It is Ordered That the
Clerk do Attend Mr Cruttenden to demand the said Sum Pursuant to
his aforesaid Proposal and Agreement and to Inform him that these Hospitals
are ready to Execute a full discharge to the William Kinleside on Payment
of the said £4006..16s..11d

Power to the Commee of
Treasury to borrow a Sum
of Money not exceedg £5000


Ordered That the Committe of Treasury be Impowered to borrow
of Mesrs. Ladbroke Rawlinson & Co. any Sum not Exceeding Five
Thousand Pounds at £4 Per Centum Per Annum and to give Security
for the same
