Committee of Auditors
That the Clerk do Annually Summon the Committee of Auditors
to meet on some day in the first Week in April and then lay before
them the Accounts of these Hospitals to the Christmas preceding and
that this Committee do meet at least three times in each Week till they
have gone through the said Accounts.
That no Member of this Committee shall be on any other Committee
(except the Prison Committee) at the same Time
House or Bridewell Committee
That this Committee consist of Twenty four governors (as usual)
of whom half to go off Annually (as usual) and to be replaced in the
like manner as the Committee of Auditors; and that this be an open
Committee and all that come to have Voices But the governors at
large not to be Summoned
Bethlem Committee
That this Committee consist of Forty two governors (as usual) of
whom half to go off Annually and be replaced in the usual Manner
and that this be an Open Committee, and all that come to have Voices
Prison Committee
That a Perpetual Prison Committee be Instituted, consisting of
Eight governors besides the President and treasurer whereof three to be
a Quorum to be Elected at the same time and in the same manner as
other Committees Four of this Committee to go off Annually by
Relation and be Replaced inlike manner as the Committee of
Auditors.
That this Committee have Power to inspect the Prisons and to
direct every thing relating to them and to the Prisoners and report
their Proceedings from time to time to the General Courts.
Estates and their Management
That the Surveyor do proceed to execute the Works proposed in the
Schedule annexed to this Report under the Inspection of the treasurer and
House Committee for the time being.

That Rentals and particulars of all Estates with the Number of Acres
Terms of Years for which the same are Let Money in the Funds and Annuities
be printed and a Copy delivered to each Governor who shall Demand the same these to be
Prepared under the Direction of the treasurer & House Committee for the time being
