Upon Reading the Humble Petition of Richard Bone< no role > Citizen
& weaver Settingforth that he served his Apprentiship in this Hospital to
James Smith< no role > late one of the Artmasters by Indenture dated 22 November 1754
and by Order of Court of 11th. May 1763 was made free of this City the 28th day
of June 1774 and was set up for himself in his Trade at Mr. Carters No. 2
Rose Street Brick lane and Praying Mr. Fowkes Gift It is Ordered That Henry
Cranke

to Inquire if the said Richard Bone< no role > be set up for himself in his Trade and of
his hopefulness therein and report the same to the Court

Upon Motion now made and seconded It is Ordered That
it be referred to the House Committee to form and Settle a Plan for
regulating the Accounts and Revenues of these Hospitals as near to the
mode used in Saint Bartholomews Hospital as may be to Commence
from Christmas next and that they report their Proceedings and
Opinion for the Approbation of this Court
