Report from Committee of
Treasury respecting Mr. Trear
Kenleside


Order for the George Seddon< no role > to take
out a Commission of Bankruptcy
against him

That no Proceedings at Law or in Equity be had to Enforce the
Proposal made by Mr. Joseph Cruttenden< no role > on behalf of Thomas
Jukes
< no role > Esqr and othersResolved that it is the Opinion of this
Committee nem con not to take an Assingment of the Estate and
Effects of William Kinleside< no role > Esqr Resolved that it is the Opinion of this Committee nem. con.
That a Commission of Bankruptcy be taken out again William
Kinleside
< no role > Esqr . This Court having duly weighed and Considered the
said Resolutions doth Agree with the said Committee of Treasury
therein and doth Order that Mr. George Sedden< no role > of Aldersgate Street
Cabinet Maker be desired to take out a Commission of Bankruptcy
against the said William Kinleside accordingly And it is further
Ordered That it be referred to the said Committee of Treasury
to give directions touching the Issuing and Prosecution of such
Commission of Bankruptcy

Struck off the List of governors


Ordered that William Kinleside< no role > Esqr . be discharged from
his Office of treasurer of these Hospitals and that he be Struck-
off the List of governors of these Hospitals

The House lately built for the
treasurer to be resumed at
Lady Day


Ordered that the House lately Built and Allotted for
the treasurer in this Hospital be resumed at Lady day next

Committee of Treasury to
treat for letting the same


Ordered that the Committee of Treasury be desired to Treat
with any Person who shall offer to Rent the same and that
these Resolutions be printed in some of the Daily News Papers

the Lincolnshire Estate


Ordered that it be referred to the Committee of Treasury
to consider and direct what is proper to be done in respect to the
Draining the Lincolnshire Estate & report their Opinion to this
Court

Referrence to a Committee
concerng the Paving and Lighting
of part of the great Street leading
to the Bridge which lies within
the Precinct


Ordered that it be referred to John Bowdler< no role > Esqr . Charles
Henry Talbot
< no role > Esqr . Joseph Eyre< no role > Esqr . Arthur Annesley< no role > Esqr Thomas
Nixon
< no role > Esqr Edward Bridgen< no role > Esqr . & Alexr. Allen< no role > Esqr whereof three
to be a Quoram to take such Measures as they shall Judge Necessary
in relation to the Application new made for an Act to Pave Cleanse
and light that part of the Great Street leading from Fleet Street
to Blackfriers Bridge which lies within Bridewell Precinct or
any other part of the said Precinct
