Mr. John Gamon< no role > Apothocary in Westsmithfeild Offered to Serve
the Hospitals for one Year with Good Medicines & Constant attendance for £140

Bracee Apothecary Reponls


Mr. Uppington Bracee< no role > (one of the Governors) Proposed to Serve the
Hospitals with all such Medicines as the Physitionj shall direct to be given
to the Patients for £150 P AnnOr if the Governors shoud Gent a Shop.
and be at the Expence of Medicines, To give a Constant Attendence to the
Duty that shall be precribed Him and Accept of what sum shall be thought
Adequate to His Service.

Wheeler Apothecary Reposals


Mr. Thomas Wheeler< no role > Apothecary in Basinghall Street Offered his Proposall
that if one Small room be build for an Apothecarys Shop in Bathlem and the
Governors Provide Druggs, and Chymicals for the Composition of Medicines
that may be wanted he will Attend there to know the business each day and
when done to he away the Key with Him for £40a Year

Strear Apothecary Reposals


Mr. John Straw< no role > Apothecary in Leaden hall Street proposed to fix
a Compleat Shop in the Hospital as the Governors shall Order with all Men [..] lly
Etc. and-Stack it with Druggs be Medicines lyable to the Inspection of the
GovernorsTo Attend every dayTo keep a Journeyman constantly
resident And if any Default found with either the Goodness of the Medicines
or his Attendance not to be paid One shillingBut if every thing is done
to the Governor Satisfaction to be paid £150P AnnAnd at the end
of 3 Years to give the Shop Utensills Etc for the use of the Hospital, which
shall be worth £120. wholly depending upon the governors pleasure, to be-
continued upon the same TermeWhereupon It is Ordered that the
said Proposals do remain with the Clerk for the perusual & further consideration
of the Governors

Andre
< no role > of London Merchant (referred by the Court the 19th. Instant) was read Setting forthThat
he proposes to take a Lease (with usual Covenants beha [..] the Govr & this Tents.) of a House
in Lyme Street Square (No.6) late in Occapation of Mr Bomlier now Empty for 11 yrs. from
Laday next at £40 P Ann rent clear of Taxes the Govr. putting it into Tenantable repaires
& to Execute a Counter partAnd the P. Mr. Andre being Askt to mand his proposal
offered to made the coust for the House & a Vault under it to which he shall have free Passed
from Lyme street £60 P Ann clear of Taxes for 21 Yrs. determinable at the End of the first 14 Yrs.
on Villon the Notice of forther side The Governors Allowing him £200 fe repair [..] & being called
in again Agreed to lay but the £200 in Necessary repairs Mentioned in on Accot. those of [..]
by him & the features to be Scheduled & left at the Determination of the LeaseThis Committee

Linnen draper (referred) by the Court the 19th. Instant) was read Setting forthThat he proposes to
take a Lease of a House in Lymstreet Square (No.2) for 11 or 21 Years from next Midsumer at-
£19. P Ann Rent clear of Taxes & to lay out £160 in Necessary repairs & to Executer Counter part
And Mr. Platt being Askd to Mee [..] his proposal offered to make the rent £200 [..] delearof
Taxes from next Laday for 21 Yrs. lete [..] able at the end of the first 11 years on bellow [..] Keth [..]
of either side And being called in a year Agreed to lay out the £160 in the Necessary repairs mentioned
in a Accots. thereof Signed by him & the fixtures (to be Scheduled & left at the Determination of the
LeaseThis Comittee haveing Considered the same are of Opinion to Accept the sd Proposal
Whereupon the sd. Mr. Platt gave a Guinea to the poors bar all which [..] Nevertheless
Submitted to the Judgmt. of the Court And it is Ordered that the opinion be Reported to the
CourtThis court having Derby Weighed & considered the sd Reymt Doth Conforin the same And
Ordered that a Lease be undo to the said John Platt< no role > Accordingly.
