Doctor Rawlinson one of the Governors of these Hospital reported to this Court that
in Pursuance of an Order of Court 2d. Febry instant he and Mr. Deputy Wallington and
Mr. William Cooper< no role > two of the Governors of these Hospitals had made enquiry & found
that John Green< no role > who Served his Apprenticeship in this Hospital to Mr. William Dell< no role > Orrice
Weaver is Set up for himself in his Said Trade & has the Character of a Diligent & Sober
ManIt is Ordered that the Steward of this Hospital do give & pay unto the Said
John Green< no role > Ten Pounds out of Mr. Locks Gift to be Allowed him in his next
Account.

under the hands of Dr . Richard Rawlinson< no role > Mr. John Lee< no role > , Mr. John Asgill, John Lock< no role > Esq.
Mr. Deputy Pycroft Mr. Nathaniel Nash< no role > , and Mr. Phillip Bromfield< no role > , as following ViztAt
this Comittee the Petition of Mr. Daniel Le Sucer< no role > of London Merchant (referred by Court the
2d. Instant) was read Setting forthThat had Proposes to take a Lease (with usual Covents.
between the Governor and their To wants) of a House in Lymes Street Square (No. 3) late in the
Occupation of Captain Hall of (& part of the Possions of Bethlem Hospital) for Twenty one Years
determinable on Notice on either side one Year before the Ospiraation of the frist Elebow Years) is
Comence from Laday next at Twenty one pounds P And Rent clear of all Taxes and Deductions
whatsoever Payable quarterly at the Compting house at Bridewell Hospital to lay out £120
in Repairing the [..] and to make it Appear to the Committee on Domand that he has laid out
£120 in Necessary a Pair & itself shall be laid out then he will Allow for it at the rate of
Cast to be Ordered to the Annual rent & to execute a Counterpart of Such Lease Whereupon the
Comittee having Considered the Sd Proposal are of Opinion to Accept the Same upon white the
Sd. Mr. Le Sour gave a Guinea to the poor box All which is Neverthe less Submitted to the Indgmt
of the Court And it is Ordered that this Opinion be Reported to the CourtThis Court
having duly Weighed & Considered the Sd. Report doth Confirm the same And Order that a
Lease be made to the Said Mr. Le Swear Accodingly
