Boult alone Proved the R WillAnd on 11 th Dec. 1743 the Sd. Eliz. Boult< no role > made her Hill &
Appointed Sd. Demised Promes for the Remrs. of the Term therein to comeThat the Petitioner
Minetys is desirous of make an Absolute Assignment of the Sd. promes to the Petr Wills for the
Remt of the Sd. Term of 61 years more to come & [..] And Praying the Goverment
that the Petr Michye a may have Leave Absolutely held to Assign the Premises to Pet. Hills Accordingly
It is Ordered that the Sd. Henry Minskye have the Lycome of this Court to Assign the next
Premes to the Said Years Wills AccordinglyProvided Said Assignment be brought to the being have at
Bridewell Hospital and a Manner and have thereof Entid there Arthin Month of the [..] of Such
Assignment.

by the Will of Edwd. Barkham< no role > and a Dect of £1000 by a Mortge on Part of the Estate late of the Said
Edward Barkham< no role > to Mary Newwoman deced and which Said Mr. Greathead Claims as her
Representative to with an Answer is to be Put in by the first day of next Term And that Mr. Taylor
had Drawn an Answer which he now laid before the Court Whereupon their Court doth
desire Mr. Cppper and Mr. Umfreville to Preuse the Same And when they have Approved it Order
