NB agreed at a Comee 20 Decr 1749 In Cons
of ye Govrs paying for Merbb Mantles put up
by Mr. Levy & Rent to be £22. 10s P Ann}

Taxes Payable at the Compting house at Bridewell Hospital & to pay
a Fine of £100 and to do the repairs particularly Mentioned in the Estimates dated
the 10th Instant and Signed by Benj. Blackdon< no role > , and to Seal a Counter Part of
such LeaseAnd Mr. Bounter being called in proposed to make the rent £22
P Ann Clear of Taxes and to Pay £100 Time and lay out £80 in the repairs
mentioned in the said Estimate Except 5 Square of Flooring in the room two
Pair of StairsWhereupon the Comittee having Considered the Said last
proposal are of Opinion to Accept the Same upon which the Said Mr. Boucher gave
a Guniea to the Poor box All which is Nevertheless Submitted to the Judgment of
the Court And it is Ordered that this Opinion be reported to the CourtThis
Court having duly Weighed and Considered the Said Report doth Confirm the
same And Order that as Lease be made to the Said Mr. Ferrand Accordingly.

Taxes payable quarterly at the Compting house at Budewell Hospital & to put
the Procter into Tenantable repair at his own expense and to execute a
Counter part of Such LeaseAnd praying to house According to his
Said ProposalIt is Ordered that the Said Petition be referred to the Comittee
of this House to Consider these of And make Report thereon to the Court.

Hospital and their Tenants) Andents Excepted of a House in Lynne Street Square,
(No. 3 ) now in the Occupation of Captain Hallet ( & Part of the Possession of
Bethlem Hospital) for 7 years to Commence a from Laday next at £30 P Ann
rent Payable quarterly at the Compting House at Bridewell Hospital the Governors
allowing the Land Tax and also two Years rent to put the premes into Tenanable
repairAnd Praying the Governors to grant her a Lease According to her Said
proposalIt is Ordered that the sd. Petition be referred to the Comittee
of this House to Consider thereof & make their report thereon to the Court.
