Comittee the Several proposals of Nathaniel Hill< no role > of the Parish of Saint Dunstan
in the West Esqr over and Owen Jones< no role > of the Same Place Perukemaker (referred
by Court the 2d. instant) for also of a have in Fleetstreet (Part of Mr Locks Gift
No. 6) late in Occupation of John Coggs< no role > were read whereby

Nathaniel Hill< no role > proposed for a Lease for 7 years to Commence free
Middx Sr. next Tho Governor putting the Promes into Formitable
repair to pay half Years clear of Boxes & Pun £25}

And being called in a second time said he would make the Rent26

Owen Jones< no role > proposed for a Lease for 14 Years to Comance from
Laday next to pay quarterly clear of Taxes}26,

and being called in 2d. time said he would not make my AdditionWhereupon
the Comittee of Opinion to August the proposal of the said Owen Jones< no role > upon which he
gave half a Guinea to the poors box All which is nevertheless Submitted to the Indgment
of the Court And it is Ordered that this Opinion be reported to the next CoatThis Court
having duly Weighed and Considered the Said Report doth Conferin the Same And Order
that a Lease be made to the Said Owen Jones< no role > Accordingly

at the Nomination of the Governor hereinafter named Vizt.
