Setting forthThat he Proposes to take a Lease
of the Governors with such Covenants as are usually Contained in Leases to their
Tenants at Wapping of 3 Messes or Tenements Situate and being on the North side
of Wapping Street
& Comprized in the Old Lease to Bailey and Bloss part of (No. 4a & 4b)
for the Term of 21 Years to Comence from Xmas next at the Yearly Rent of £4 clear of
Taxes payable quarterly at the Compting house of Bridewell Hospital and to pay
a Fine of £10 and to lay out £150 in repairing the premes and to have all the
Improvements at the Expiration of the Term and to Execute a Counter part of such
LeaseAnd Praying the Governors to grant him a Lease According to his said
ProposalIt is Ordered that the said Petition be referred to the Comittee
of this House to Consider thereof and to Report their Opinion thereon to the Court
