Comence from the Expiration of the former Lease at the Rent of £5 P Ann payable
quarterly clear of Taxes & to pay a Fine of £100 & to repair the premes at this own Charge

Shortly after dyed before the payment of the said Fine and
before any Lease was Executed haveing first made his Will and his Wife Elizabeth his
Extrix And the 27th. of Octr. 1736 the Court Ordered the said Lease to be made to the said
