London (No. 15) for the term of twenty one years from Lady day next at the yearly
Rent of £60. payable Quarterly and proposing to pay a Fine of £100 and to lay
out £350. in repairing the premisses and to execute a Counterpart of the Lease

in the said premisses who is since dead prayed therefore that
a Lease may be granted to him of the said Nineteen Houses in Bethlem Court for

of £60. by Quarterly payments clear of all Parliamentary or other Taxes or Deduction
whatsoever and to lay out £350. in repairs and to pay a Fine of £115.10.and to
execute a Counterpart of such LeaseWhereupon this Comee having considered
the said Proposals of the said
