Upon reading the humble Petition of
Richard Haydon< no role >

he is willing to take of the Governors of this Hospital a Wharfe Warehouse and
Stable called Pigskey
in Bridewell Precinct
late in the occupation of Pether being
part of the Revenues of the said Hospitaland proposes to take a Lease thereof for
the Term of 61 years to commence from Ladyday next at the Rent of Fifteen pounds
P Ann payable Quarterly clear of all Taxes and to lay out £110 in rebuilding the
premes and with such Covenants as are usualy contained in the Leases from the said
Governors to their Tenants at Bridewell and with a Covenant to pay to the
Chappel Wardens of the said Precinct for the time being any Sum or Sums of money
quarterly in proportion with other Inhabitants in the said Precinct towards the charge
of the Scavenger Watch and Poor of the said Precinct as shall be rated or assessed
from time to time at the usual Meetings of the Chappell Wardens and Inhabitants
of the said Precinct, and to pay a Fine of £50. and execute a Counterpart of the said
LeaseAnd praying a Lease thereof according to his said proposalsIt is
Ordered that it be referred to the Committee of this House to consider of the said
Petition and to report their Opinion therein to this Court.

are usually contained in the Hospital Leases and with a Covenant to pay the
Chappell Wardens of the said precinct for the time being any Sum or Sums of money
quarterly in proportion with other Occupiers of ground and Houses in the said Precinct
towards the charge of the Scavenger Watch and Poor of the said Precinct as shall be
rated or assessed from time to time at the usual Meetings of the Chappell Wardens &
Inhabitants of the said Precinct and to execute a Counterpart of the said Lease
And praying a Leas thereof according to his said proposalsIt is Ordered
that it be referred to the Comittee of this House to consider of the said Petition
and to report their Opinion therein to this Court.

peice of Ground in Cinnamon Lane for 56 years to commence from Laddy neat at the
Rent of £8. payable Quarterly clear of all Taxes and with such Covenants as are usually
contained in the Hospital Leases to their Tenants at Wapping and with a Covenant to
lay out £150 in three years time in repairing the Warehouse Sheds and Wharfe to
the Scwer and to pay a Fine of £40. and execute a Counterpart of the said Lease
and to Surrender up the former LeaseAnd praying a Lease thereof according to
