Upon reading a Report dated the 11th. day of this Instant July
under the hands of Capt . Edward Hammond< no role > and Mr Samuel Stanton< no role >
two of the Governours of these hospitals That in persuance of an Order
of Court of ye 13th. day of June Last they have made enquiry and do
find that John Gibbs< no role > (who Served his apprenticeship in this hospital)
is Sett up for himselfe in ye Trade of a Weaver and hath the Character of a
diligeat & Sober man It is Ordered that the Clerk of this hospital do
give and pay unto the Sd John Gibbs< no role > Ten pounds out of Mr Locks Gift.

Upon reading a Report dated ye 11th. day of this Instant July under the
hands of Mr Depty. Nathanl. Turner< no role > and Mr John Cully< no role > two of the
Governours of these hospitals That in persuance of an Order of Court of
the 13th. day of June Last they have made enquiry and do fine that
George Forster< no role > who Served his apprenticeship in this hospital)
is Sett up for himselfe in ye Trade of a Weaver and hath the
Character of a diligent Sober man It is Ordered that the
Clerke of this hospital do give and pay unto ye sd George Forster< no role >
Ten pounds out of Mr Locks Gift.

Upon reading a Report dated ye 13th. day of June Last under ye hand of
Mr. Thomas Head< no role > one of the Governours of these hospitals That in Psuance
of an Order of Court of ye 28th. day of March Last he has made
enquiry & does find that Edward Burton< no role > (who Served his apprenticeship
in this hospital is not sett up for himselfe but works as a Journeyman
in ye Trade of a Tailer and hath the Character of a diligent Sober
man It is Ordered that the Clerk of this hospital do give &
pay unto ye said Edward Burton< no role > Ten pounds out of Mr Locks Gift

Upon reading a Report dated the 11th. day of this Instant July
under the hands of Mr. John Furnes< no role > & Mr William Lee< no role > two
of the Governor . of these hospitals That in persuance of an Order of
Court of the 13th. day of June last they have made enquiry and
do find that Thomas Fowler< no role > (who Served his apprenticeship [..]
in this hospital) is not Sett up for himselfe but works as a Journeyman
in ye Trade of a weaver and hath the Character of a diligent & Sober
man It is Ordered that the Clerk of this hospital do give
and pay unto ye said Thomas Fowler< no role > Ten pounds out of Mr
Locks Gift
