Upon reading a Report dated the 11th day of JUly instant under the hands

hospitals That in persuance of an Order of Court of the 28th day of
March Last they have made enquiry and defind that Thomas Harrison< no role >
(who Served his apprenticeship in this hospital) to Sett up for himselfe in
the Trade of a Shoe maker and hat the Character of a diligent Sober
man It is Ordered that ye Clerke of this hospital do give &
pay unto the said Thomas Harrison< no role > Ten pounds out of Mr Locks
