2d. Decr. 1715

That about 8. o'Clock when the Boys came back to the Bull
Alehouse Gethin and Male went to them and would have had
them come unto the Hospital but they Said they would gone
further and would come in before TenHarris Said
he was not in the Hospital when the Boys got our nor did
he See any of them till they came back to the Bullall
Said the Boys came home before Ten o Clock that night

The Surgeon of this Hospital being asked if he knew of
any of the Apprentices of this Hospital that had any Broken
heads or Bruzes or hurts about the 20th or 31th. of Octor. Last
he said he had neither Seen nor heard of any

Thomas Prichard< no role > an apprentice in this Hospital who is
mentioned in Browns Information) being examined Said
that he did not force or Entice Brown out of the Hospital
but as he & Brown were going along the Side of Fleet Ditch
with Severall others of the Apprentices about 9 o Clock
at night on the 20th. of Octor. Brown asked him for a Stick
which he acknowledged he gave him

Harrison Said he went out by Leave of his Mar.
about one o Clock at noon on the 20th of Octor. and was at
a House in Sword and Buckler Court on Ludgate Hill
till the Evening and then he went out into the Street before
any of the Hospital Boys were there That a man came
with small Vessell of Drink upon his Shoulders & ye
Mobb got about him and he Crowded amongst them and
Some gentlemen at ye Crown Taverne door Seeing him in
Blew Cloths Cry'd damn him knock him down & imediately
Severally of them fell upon him and with then Canes &
Swords (Some of which were drawn) they beat him till
