Upon Reading to this Court the Humble Peticon
of Thomas Sawtell< no role > one of the Assistaint Clerkes of the
post Office London Setting fourth That Mr. Jno Parsons< no role >
late of the post Office London Gent deced (who left the
Rendicum of his Estate After debts and Legacies paid
to the Hosptl of Bethlem London) was Indebted to the
Petr the Sume of £51:12s:00d for printed and Written
News which Debt the said Mr. Parsons had often acknowled
in his life Time And that Mr Richd. Barwell< no role > and Mr
Francis Wheeler< no role > his Exos were willing to pay the Same
but Desired the Direccon of this Court for their so doing
Now upon and on Reading of the Affidt. of Frances Barwell< no role > Wife
of the sd. Richd. Barwell< no role > and Wm. Barwell< no role > Setting fourth
the Truth of the sd. Fact and the Just ness of the sd. Debt
This Court doth Order that the sd. Mr: Barwell and
Mr. Wheeler do pay the sd. Sume of £51:12s:00d to the said
Thos Sawtell< no role > And that his Receipt Shall be a Sufficient
Discharge to the sd. Exos for the Same the sd. Thos. Sawtell
first makeing Oath of the Justness of his sd. Debt before
my Lord Mayor Prsident of these Hosptls
