the prmisses Then the sd. New Lease to granted as above to be
Surrendred And she the said Martha phillips< no role > her Exos Adndos
or Assignes to have an Allowance as by the Arbitrat or to be
Chosen Mutually shall be awarded as is appointed in the
Covenants in Leases lately Lett by the said Hosptl. of Bethlem
to other their Tenants there and a Further Covenant at her
owne Charge to pull Downe the Old Story over the Gateway
as before All wth this Comittee nevertheless Submitt to the
Judgemt. of this Court. and this Court haveing duely Weiged
and considered the said Report De [..] confirime the Same
Accodingly

Also upon Reading to this Court the Report of a Comittee
under the hands of Mr Trear Gardiner Sr . Gabr. Roberts< no role > Mr.
Sheeton Mr. Norman Mr. Cheshire Mr. Warburton And Mr
Noris Seaven of the Govor of the Hospls wth. Report was in
these Words Vizt.

This Comittee being met in persuance of an Order or the 9th
of Augt. last past whereby it was Referred to them to View five
Small Tenements in Old Bethlem London one Now or late in
the occupacon of John Haddon< no role > at 4th P Ann another of Alice
Riche
< no role > at £6 Pr Ann another of Abraham Gamage< no role > at £6:10d:
P Ann Another of Robt Gifford< no role > at 4£: Pr Ann and another
of Joseph Greene< no role > at £6 P Ann in all 26:10s: P and And haveing
Viewed the Same Accordingly Do fined the Same much out of
Repair and will not hold the Rents they are now let at the Tent
at Will Unless the Same be putt into Repair And haveing heard
the propossalls of Richard Wyith (who now lives in one of the
said Houses) That hee will take a Lease of the Prmisses for 21
Years at £22 P Ann to commence from Michas next and
lay out above £50 in Repairing the Same and this Comittee
haveing Waiged and considered the said proposalls and
haveing Advised wth their Workmen therein are of Opinion
That a Nw Lease of the said Prmisses be accordingly Lett to
the said Richard Wyith fr 21 Years at the Rent of £22 P Ann
wth a Covenant to Surrender his Lease to the Hosptl in case
they shall think fitt to take the Same into their hands upon
paying unto the said Richard Wyith so much money as
shall be agreed upon between Arbitrators for that purpose
to be appointed and other Usuall Covenants as are in other
Leases lett to other the Hosptls Tenants in old Bethlem aforesd.
all wth never the less wee Submitt to the Judgemt. of this Court
