Steward and a Plaisterer if Occasion and that due
notice Should be Incerted in the Ticketts when the
Same Should be And thereupon it was Ordered That Mr
Smiths Wife have Due notice of this Macon

Also this Court being likewise Informed by the
Clerk of these Hosptl That According to the Opinion of
Jno Conyers< no role > Esqr One of her Majtys Councell at Law and
Govor . of these Hosptl It was convenient for a Bill
in Chanecery to be brought for the proveing of Mr. Jno
Parsons
< no role > Will there And for the Opinion of that Court
Relateing to a Legacy of £500 Given by the Sd. Will to
One Mr. Collins and Mr. Roe Discenting Ministers for
the Educateing of Poor Mens sons in University Learning
for the Betterfilling them for the ministry of the Gosple
wth sd Mr. Collins and Mr. Roe being Dead a Dought
did arise who was Intitled to the sd, Money The Govor
of the Hosptl of Bethlem being Residuary Legates
of the Surpbus of the Estate of the sd. Jno Parsons and
how the Exosr might be Discharged And the Govor in
their names Jutitled the better to get in the sd. Surplus
for the good of the sd. Hosptl. of Bethlem Whereupon
it is Ordered by this Court that the Clerk of these Hosptl
do Exhibite Such Bill and proceed thereon as he shall
be by Councell advised for the good and benefit of these
Hosptl

Also the Rt. Houble. the Lord Mayor Prsident of
these Hosptls acquainting this Court That when at the
Chapple of this Hosptl. of Bridewell in the Time of Divine
Service and Serncond hee did observe the Apprentices of
this Hospl. Did his behave themselves in Talking and Jucod of
and Judecent Carriage to the Dishonour of Almighty God
and Prsidince of this Hosptl. for the Prvencon whereof for
the future It is Ordred That it be referred to Majr. Hutts
Mr Debty Phillips Mr. Debty Bennet Capn. Warburbow Capn
Peirce Mr. Pemble Mr. Shepherd Mr. Halse and Mr.
Martiall or any five of them who are to meet every Judicat
at 5 of the Clock in the afternoone to examine the Artsma
