the Terme of 44 Years to come and that Yor Petr.had
likewise by fine purchased Some part of the Prmisses of the
sd. Mr. Drake for the Terme undr. the Rent of a Pepper
Corne That about the 24th of Aprill 1703 ar Dread full fire
happened and burnt downe Great part of Mr Drakes
houses and also the petr houses

That about the 9th of July 1703 upon the sd. Fire Mr.
Drake peticoned this Court and had an Order for 19 Years
to be added to his Terme upon his Promise That his Undr.
Tenants Should have a properconable Allowance as her
had

That the Petr. had Applyed himself to the sd. Mr. Drake
as his Undr. Tenant to have the Like Terme added to ye
Petr Lease a was Granted to him but the sd. Mr. Drake
had refused the Same Whereupon it is Ordred That
the Matter of the sd. Peticon be Referred to Mr Trear
