The Exaicon of Anne< no role > the wife of Humphry Tozers< no role > taken
the 31th. day of Decr. 1739 who upon her Oath Saith that
on the 26th. day of March 1735 She Intermarryed with
the above named Humphry Tozers< no role > and that before her
Intermarryage with him he lived in and Rented a House
in Ram Alley in Fleet Street in the Parish of St. Dunstan
in the West in the City of London of the Yearly Rent of Ten
Pounds for the Space of One Year & upwards And this
Exaiant Further Saith that he hath not since he left
the sd. House Rented Ten Pounds a Yeare paid Parish
Taxes or otherwise gained a Settlemt. in any other Place
to her knowledge or beleife that her Husband is gon
from her & She being Poor & Sick is not able to Provide
for herselfe
