of St. George Hanover Square in ye. County of Middx by Order bearing
date ye. 4th. Day of Decr. Inst. Who upon her Voluntary Oath saith yt. she
is Pregnt. with Child or Childn. wch when Born will be a Bastard or
Bastards & likely to become Chargeable to the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes
in ye. - . County of Middx aforesd. she being Poor & not able to
maintaine ye. same wn Born And further upon her Oath saith yt. one
Thos. Whitebread< no role > Carter to one Mr. Stanley in Knightsbridge did begett
the sd. Child or Childn. on her Body they at such time Lodging together
for ye. space of Six Months or thereabouts in Tyburn Lane where he the
sd. Thos. Whitebread< no role > had Carnall knowledge of her Body Sevll. times at
one of wch times he gott her with ye. Bastard Child or Childn. with wch
she is now Pregnt. & yt. he ye. sd. Thos. Whitebread< no role > is the true & reall
Father thereof And this Examint. further saith yt. she was Bound an
Apprentice to one Mrs. Cole in Portugall Street in ye. sd. Parish of St.
Clemt. Danes Milkwoman with whom this Examint. lived with for the
space of one Year or thereabts. and yn. this Examints. sd. Mistress sent her
to her Mother with whom she lived at ye. Bull Head in May fair in the
Parish of St. George Hanover Square aforesaid
for ye. space of one Year & yn. leaving her sd. Mother went & provided for herselfe
& so Continues to do And yt. she hath not since she left her sd. Mistress rented
any House Paid Parish Taxes lived with any other Person as an Apprentice or
Yearly hired Servt. for ye. space of One Year or otherwise gained a Settlemt.
in any other Place to her knowledge or beleife.
