The Exaicon of Elizth. Shields< no role > Wido . Aged 34 Years
Passed from the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields by Order dated
the 24th. Janry last taken the 15th. day of Febry 1739 who
upon her Oath Saith that abt. five Years ago this Exaiant
Intermarryed with her late Husband James Sheilds< no role > & that
her sd. Husband Dyed abt. Ten Weeks since And further
Saith that her sd. late Husband Served his Apprentiship
with one Mr. May a Sawyer in the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes
in the sd. County of Middx Excepting the last halfe Year
his Master abt. that time Dying his Mistress gave him
his Indenture that her sd. late Husband as he informed
this Exaiant was never Assigned ever to any Person for
the remainder of his sd. Apprentiship or ever rented
any House or lived with any Person as a Yearly hired
Servt. for one Year or otherwise gained a Settlemt. in
any other Place to her knowledge or beleife that this
Exaiant hath two Children Anne< no role > Aged four Years & Jas< no role > .
aged upwds. of one Year and being Poor & troubled with
fitts is not able to maintain them
