We have agreed with Charles Davis< no role > to lett him a House the corner of
Warwick Lane in Pater noster Row late Christopher Bateman< no role > for one
Year from Michas 1730. and so forward at Will until halfe a Years notice
shall be given on either side for leaving the same at the Yearly rent of
£50. payable Quarterly.

Gratuity to George
Green

George Green< no role > an Assistant in the Compting House having presented
his humble Petition for an addition to his Salary which was £40. P Ann
And upon the reasons therein alledged We have thought fit to add £10. P
Ann to his said former Salary and to give him £5. as a Gratuity for his past
Service.

We have agreed with Robert Henley< no role > and Nicholas Godschell< no role > Executors
of Sr . Samuel Ongley< no role > to grant them a Lease of four Houses with the Coach:
=houses and Stables in Black and white Court in the Old Baily (lately held
by the said Sr. Samuel Ongley< no role > under a Lease expiring at Lady day 1731.) for-
the terme of 21. Years from that time at the Old yearly rent of Eleven
pounds tax free in consideration of a fine of £400. and of putting the
premisses into substantial repair at their charge to the approbation
of the Governours or their Agents.

We have agreed to lett to William Horsman< no role > one of the Houses in
Litle Distaff Lane for one Year from Lady day 1731. and so forward at Will
untill halfe a Years warning shall be given on either side for leaving the
same at the Yearly rent of £10.

of a House (the sign of the Bell and Ball over against the late Conduit in

thereto.

fit his Son of Age

Thomas Freeman< no role > our Tenant of a House in Fleet Lane being lately
dead We have at the request of this Extor Ordered the Sealing of the
Lease thereof to be suspended untill the said Mr. Freemans Son shall
have attained the Age of 21. Years which will be in about a Year and
an halfe.

We have held a Court Leef and Court Baron for our Mannour of
Denham Durdant in the County of Bucks.

We have Ordered thirty Oak trees on our Farme at Hastingleigh
in Kent to be felled and Sold.

Upon the humble petition of John Usher< no role > late our Tenant of a House
in Wapping burnt down in January 1728. praying an Allowance in
respect of £75. received by this Hospital from the Hand Insurance
Office on an Insurance he made upon an Elaboratory by him erected
there We Ordered him to be repaid so much of the said £75 as
remained after deduction of the rent due from him and the charges
he put the Hospital to in procuring payment of the said Insurance.
