We have agreed with Mrs. Agnes Brown< no role > widow the Present
tenant of Rabbs farm in Middlesex to grant her a new Lease of
that farm for 21 years from Michas 1735 when the Present Lease
will expire at the present rent £10 Pann & £700 fine to be
Paid at Several times before the Commencement of Such New Lease

We having taken into consideration many extraordinary Service [..]
done by Mr. Richard Kettleby< no role > who was Receiver of the rents of this
Hospital and is now latly deceased for about 8 year past in Sorting
and placing writings rectifying the Rentals collecting & making
an Alphabetical Book of Legacys and Donations and Benefactions
to this Hospital and divers other instances mentioned in a Petition [..]
he preferred to us We thought fit to allow him £40 as a Gratuity
And Mr. Treasurer paid him the Same accodingly.

We have agreed with Mr. Thomas Addys< no role > to grant him a Lease
of a House in the high Street of the Borough of Southwark for 7 years from
Lady day 1734 at £40 P Ann rent.

Grant to
[..] Batchelor


We have agreed with Mr. Henry Batchelor< no role > the Present Tent . of the
Hospital Farm at Massworth in Bucks to grant him a Lease of the Same
for 21 years from Michas 1736 when the Present Lease will expire at
£20 P ann Clear rent & £450 fine to be paid at Several times before
the Commoncement of Such new Lease.

Peter Bold< no role > Esqr.


We have agreed with Richard Bold< no role > Esqr . the Present Tenant of the
Hospital Estate at Bewick in Yorkshire grant him a New Lease thereof
for 21 years from Whitsuntide 1736 when the Present Lease will Expire
at the Present rent of £50 P ann clear rent & £2100 fine to be paid
on the Frist day of August next.

Gratuity to
Mr. Ozell


We have taken into Consideration the nature of the bussiness does
by Mr. Ozeland Mr. Millan in Hating & entring the Annual Account
of this Hospital and the extraordinary pairs & Care requisite
therein have thought fit to allow the said Mr. Ozell & Millan £21
Pounds as a gratuity for the two years ending at Lady day 1733 one
and besides their antient Sallaries of £10 & £2 P ann And Mr. Trear
Paid the said £21 accordingly.

increased


We also apprehend it is reasonable to allow the Said Mr. Ozell be
Millan a Salary of Twenty guineas between them for the further from
Lady day 1733 in Lien of the Said Salary of £10 & £2 P ann if the
General Court Shall Please to Approve thereof.

Long
Annuitie


There being a Long Annuitie of £98 P ann which was desired
to this Hospital by the Will of Richard Uphill< no role > Esqr . deceased We apprehend
that as the Hospital is a Perpetual Establishment it would be most for its
Service to sell the Said Annuity and lay out the Produce in a Purchase
of Lands or other Estate of Inheretance And we are adivised by Counsel
that the Governors have power by Law to dispose of the Same
