The Orders and Proceedings of the last General Court were read
approved and Confirmed.

A State of the Circumstances of this Hospital being read and
Subscriptions recommended by the President as well towards the
great charge and expence of the Hospital as towards defraying
the Charge of the new Buildings therein the Governors after
named were so Charitable as to Subscribe the several Sums following
Vizt

Resignation


The President acquainted this Court That Dr. Thomas Wadsworth< no role >
one of the Physicians of this Hospital had resigned his Said Office
of Physician and that this Cort was called in Order to choose
another Physician in the room of the Said Dr. Wadsworth

Thanks to him


Resolved nemine contradicente That the thanks of this
Court be given to the Said Dr. Thomas Wadsworth< no role > for his Long
and diligent care and faithfull service as one of the Physicians
to this Hospital and the President gave him thanks accordingly
And the Said Doctor being then Present in Court in a very
respectfull manner assured the Court that he Should
always have the wellfard the his Hospital at heart and
not withstanding his Affairs had obliged him to resique his
Office of Physician he should at all times be ready to do every
good office for the Service of this Hospital as occasion should
require.

And then this Court proceeded to the Choice of a Physician
to succeed the Said Dr. Thomas Wadsworth< no role > and the Petitions of
Dr. Abraham Hall< no role > Dr . Detham Johnston< no role > Dr .Robert nesbit< no role > and
Dr . William Woodford< no role > were presented unto this Contand read
