And wee have Agreed with Thomas Swaine< no role > of Lyming
in the County of Kent Yeoman to Grant him a Lease of the
Demeames of ye Manners of Combe Grove & Fanecombe wth:
the aptences Comonly called Combe Farms in the Parishes
of Wye and Hastingley or one of them in the said County of
Kent now or late in the Tenme of Thomas Combe< no role > as Undertent.
of William Hamond< no role > Esqr by whom the said Prmisses are now
held by Lease Expiring at Neithas 1710 at fifty pounds P Ann
Rent and also of the underwoods belonging to the said Farme
Containing by Estimacon Sixty Seven Acres or there abouts
(which were not lett with the said Farme) for the Terme of
one and Twenty years to Comence from the Expiracon of that
Lease at the yearly rent of Sixty pounds payable Quarterly
In Consideracon of six Guinea's given to the poor's box and a
Fine of Three Hundred pounds whereof one Hundred pounds
is to be paid at Lady next One Hundred pounds more at Midsomr:
and the remaining One Hundred & Pounds at Michas next under Severall
Speciall Excepcons, provisoes, and Agreemts: relateing to the said
Farme & woods besides the usuall and Ordinary Covents:
14th Decr: 1709:All which nevertheless we humbly
submitt to the Grave Indgement of this

Case Deferred till
towards the
Expiracon of his
Lease.


Which Report being Read & the Court being Informed
that Mr: Henry Collyer< no role > Attended and desired to be heard touching
the Matter Contained in the said Report relateing to him he was
thereupon Called in & he & his Son in Law Mr: Steals were heard what
they had to offer touching that matter And being withdrawn this
Court declared that they did not think fitt or proper to make any
Allowance to the said Henry Collyer< no role > at Prsent but ordered that the
Consideracon thereof should be Deferred till Edwards ye Expiracon
of his Lease that so it might be seen how far he Complies wth ye
Covenants of his Lease and the Condicons of the said Report
before any such Allowance be made to him

Report Approved


And then the said Report was in all other Respets well
Likes and approved of by this Court and all the proceedings
therein menconed are Agreed to and Confirmed by this Court And
