and Twentieth day of November 1705 to treat with the said Sr : William
Bowyer
< no role > for the purchase of the said Two Acres Wee have Accordingly
Agreed with him for the purchase of the Inheritance thereof for
the sume of Eighty pounds And for the same reason we have
likewise Agreed with him (if this Court shall approve the same)
for the purchase of the other parcell containing Three roods for
the sume of Thirty pounds And wee are humbly of Opinion that
it will be for the Service of this Hospitall to perfect the purchase
thereof And that His money should be issued by Mr: Trear to pay
for the same

Wee have Agreed with Mr: Edward Godfrey< no role > to Grant him a Lease
of a Small old Tenement in Black and white Court in the old Baily
London lace in Lease to William Dyn< no role > for one and Twenty yeares
from Michow 1707 At which time the old Lease Expired At the old
Yearly rent of Twenty Shillings In Considn: of a Fine of Two & Thirty
pounds five shillings to be paid within a Month.

Wee have Agreed with Thomas Hathead< no role > watchmaker to Grant
him a Lease of a house in Pater noster Row now or late in the possion
of Edward Dowdswell< no role > shoemaker for one and Twenty yeares from
Xtmas 1709 at Twenty pounds P Ann Rent In Considn: of a Fine of
Fifty Three pounds Fifteen shillings to be paid in Hand And of
Sixty pounds to be laid out in necessary & Lasting Repaired; It
was lett to the said Edward Dowdswell< no role > upon a Rack Rent of Thirty
pounds P Ann.

Wee have Agreed with Thomas Nealyn< no role > Esqr : our Tent: of an old
Brewhouse and severall Messuages or Tenements & Ground in St:
Thomas's Parish in Southwarke upon a Lease Expiring at Michas
1717 at the rent of one and Twenty pounds Six Shillings P Ann Eo
Grant a not in Lease to him of the same Prmisses For Fifty Yeares from the Expiracon of
the Prsent Lease at the said old Yearly rent of one and Twenty pounds
Six Shillings payable Quarterly In Considn: of a Fine of one
Hundred Sixty one pounds Five Shillings to be paid downe & of his
Laying out the sume of Five Hundred pounds in the new Building
of Severall Brick Messuages or Tenements within Three yeares
from the five and Twentieth day of November 1709 upon the Ground
or soyle of the said Brewhouse and the Dwelling house adjoyning a
thereto & of Two old Timber houses lyeing before the Ground of the
said Brewhouse and fronting Shoe: makers Row in St: Thomas's
aforesd: the Two Front houses to be of the Second wife for houses in
London and the First Floors of all the said houses to be of Oake And
he is likewise at his own Charge within the First Thirty Years
of the said Terme to Build Two new brick Tenemts. in the Room of Two
old once now standing on part of the Prmisses a great to be granted
to him near the Gully hold in the Parish of St. Thomas aforesd:
