Wee have Agreed with Mr: Joseph Webster< no role > that he
shall hold A Small Old Tenement in Shoemakers Row
in St: Thomas's parish , late in Mrs: Parkers possession for
Five yeares from Midsomr: One Thousand Seaven
Hundred & Eleaven at which Time the present
Lease thereof (heretofore granted to Mr: Edmund
Farthing) will Expire at the Rent of Two pounds
Four Shillings P Annu In Consn: of a Fine of
Fifteen pounds to be paid in a Month He is not
to persuitt any Tallow to be melted on the premes
Under the penalty of Five pounds for every Offence
and avoiding this Grant by a Reentry.

And lastly Wee having Taken into our
Consideracon the present State of the Hospitall
Doe humbly represent to this Court That the
New Wards on the North and South side of the
First Court in this Hospitall being now Finished
at th propper Expence of Two Generous and
Worthy Governors whereby a Greater Number
of poor may be received & Entertained then ever
heretofore The Charges whereof the settled
Revenue of the House is not sufficient to
Answer. We therefore earnestly recomend to
such Governors as have not yet Contributed
to the Support of this Excellent Charity that
they would be pleased to doe the same at this
Time with a Liberall Hand The Occasions of
the poor now requiring it in a more then Ordinary
