'tis ordered that the said Reports be in all points observed and
pformed according to the True Intent and meaning thereof And
that the same be Entred in the Reportary of the proceedings of
this Court.

And whereas the said Grand Comittee in pursuance of
the power given to them by this Court have made tryall of Edwd:
Stamfeild
< no role > in the offices of Butler and Brewer in this Hospitall
and have by their said Report recomended him as a fitt & proper
pson to be Chosen into chose offices This Court did thereupon Elect
and Choose the said Edward Stamfield< no role > to be the Butler & Brewer
within this Hospitall To Hold the same with the Sallary and
pquisited and under the termes and Condicons menconed in the
said Report during the pleasure of this Court and subject to be
displaced & removed by the Grand Comittee for the Time being if
they shall Think fitt.

Severall of the Governors prsent at this Court made Liberall
Subscripcons towards the Support of this Hospitall.

The late trears Accompts for one year and an halfe
Ending at Lady day 1709 having been duly admitted by the Auditors
thereunto appointed was prsented approved and Allowed.

Chosen together with the Right Worll the Prsident and Mr: Trear for
the time being and the ress of the Gentlemen of the former Comittee
or any seven of them be a Comittee for managing the Affaired of this
Hospitall in the Intervall of Generall Course for one years from
this day and untill the next Generall Court after that time and that
they have the same powers which were Granted to ye former Comittee
and all mres referred to [..] that Comittee & not psected or finished are
to stand referred to this Comittee.
