after that Time and that they Have the same Powers which wen granted to the
former Comittee and all matters referred to that Comittee and not perfected
or finished are to stand Referred to this Comittee

John Hooker< no role > all Examined and Approved Surgeons Severally praying
to be Admitted one of the Chirurgeons in this Hospitall in the Room
of Mr Joseph Ballman< no role > Deceased were read to this Court and after
severall Reductions the said John Girle< no role > was freekt Elected and Chosen
and accordingly at this Court was Admitted to be One of the Chirurgeons
of this Hospitall in the Roome of the said Mr Bateman - Deceased
To hold the same dureing the pleasure of this Court and not
otherwise with the usuall Sallary He Observing all such Rules and
Orders as are or shall be made by this Court or the Grand Comittee
for the good Government of this Hospitall and the Due provideing
for the Poor therein which He promised in the Open Court to
Observe and performe accordingly

Fore Gate of this Hospitall in the Roome of Wm: Cormell< no role > Deceased and the
severall Petitions of John Guildersleeve< no role > Roger Beavens< no role > Walter Jones< no role >
Benjamin Cormell< no role > Samuell Pouttris< no role > and Thomas Poret< no role > were presented
and read to this Court praying to be Admitted to the said place and
being severally put in Nomination the said John Guildersleeve< no role > was
Elected and Chosen to the said Office [..] place of Porter of the
Fore Gate To hold the same with the Wages and perquisites
thereunto belonging dureing the Pleasure of this Court and not
otherwise
