of great Damage done by the Storme of Wind to her houses and Buildings there

some Old Houses in St: Thomas's in the Intended New Street The Lease
whereof Expired at Lady day last Wee have Agreed that upon paying the Rent
then due to the Hospitall To Accept a Surrender of the said Lease

Upon the Report of Mr: Treasurer of his View of the Damage done by
the late Storme at our Manner of Denham Durdant in the County of Bucks at
the humble Request of our Tennant Wee have Ordered that he shall have
Nine Trees Blowne downe in the said Storme towards the Rebuilding of
a Barne which was then alsoe blowne downe and makeing good the Damage
received in the other Buildings

Wee have Agreed with Mr: Simon Ridoubt< no role > to Lett him a Lease of
part of the ground late Jacksons lyeing in the Intended New Street (vizt.)
Eighteen Foot in breadth from the back part of Mr: Virgin's House and
the whole Depth upon a Strait Line from the End of the said Eighteen
Foot to Cherry Tree Alley together with the Billett Me House and
the Yard and Shedd thereto belonging being alsoe part of Jackson's
Tenements he is to have all the Old Materialls and to build a New
Brick House within a Yeare according to the second Rate for Building
of Houses in London Fronting to the Intended New Way and placed
in such manner for the Conveniency of the said Way as shall be approved
by the Comittee or the Trear for One and Fifty Yeares from Lady
day next att Five pounds Tenn Shillings P Ann: and a Fine of Twenty
pounds And to Lay out Two Hundred pounds at least in the said
New Building.
