Wardens of the said parish of St. Thomas should not make
their Prsentment or be sworne in the said Church and that noe
Visitatoriall Act should be done there relateing to that Church it
selfe All which was Observed and performed accordingly the
next morning Mr: Trear and severall other Governrs: being then
present And to the End that a perfect Account of the proceedings
in this Affaire might be perpetuated Wee have Caused the
Opinions of Dr: Oldys and Dr: Lane together with the said
protest and Declaracon under the hand of the said Dr: Bramston
to be laid before this Court in Order to be Entred in the
Reportory of the proceeding of this Court.

And lastly Wee takeing into our Consideracon
the frequent Complaints which have been made of great Irregularityes
Disorders and Abuses Comitted by the Patients and others in this Hospll:
Wee are of Opinion that Nothing Can more Contribute to the
Regulateing those Abuses and preventing the like for the time to Come nor
to the keeping of due Oder in the Governement of this House then to have
the Trear for the time being to reside within this Hospll: Wee doe thereupon
Unanimously recomend it as our Opinion to this Worspll: Court That a House
should be built in some Convenient part of this Hospll: for the residence
of the Trear for the time being and not be Lett out
