And wee have alsoe Agreed with the said Symon Rydoubt< no role >
to Grant him an Aediconall peice of Ground of Eighteen Foot in breadth
in Front next adjoyneing to the Southside of the Ground Demised to him
as above and the whole Depth of that Ground For the like Terme
of One and Fifty yeares from Lady day One Thousand Seaven
Hundred and Four At the Rent of Four and Forty Shillings
Per Ann: He is to have all the Old Materialls upon this Ground
Except such part of the Timber House late Ratcliffes as Stands
within the said Eighteen Foot and is build upon this Grand a
Substantiall New Brick Messuage or Tenement
of the Second Rate appointed for Building of Houses in London And
in the Doeing thereof and in the Building of the House upon
the abovemenconed Ground according to the former Contract he is
to Lay out at Lease the sume of Three Hundred and Fifty
pounds And to have both Granted in One Lease

And Wee have Agreed with Mr: Edmond Craddock< no role > to Grant
him a Lease of the Scite and Demeasues of the Mannor of Linsterd
alias Langleas in the Countyes of Bucks and Hertford For the Terme
of One and Twenty yeares from Michaelmas which will be in the yeare
of our Lord One Thousand Seaven Hundred and Five at which time
the Lease now in being will Expire Under the Old Yearly Rent of
Fifty pounds and a Fine of Eight Hundred and Twenty pounds
whereof Twenty pounds was paid in Three dayes after the
Makeing of this Contract Four hundred pounds more is to be
paid in Three Months From the time of the Contract and the
remaineing Four Hundred pounds is to be paid at the Comencemt:
of the said Lease A Covenant is to be contained in this Lease
that noe Meadow Ground shall be plowed which has not been
usually plowed without Licence from the Governrs. under the
penalty of Five pounds & Acre And that all the Dung and
Soyle ariseing on this Farme shall be laid and spent upon this
Land And all other usuall Covenants and usualll Exce [..] ons are
to be Incerted in the said Lease

North Vault and the Cross Vault in the first Court of this Hospll:
to Lett him the Inner most Vault under the Church for the Like
Terme of Yeares as was Granted in the said other Vaults the
Fourteenth
