the Hospital and that he would likewise as Soon (as
conveniently might be) Collect and Deliver to Mr Trear
or the present Clerk all such other Deeds Court Rolls
Writings and Papers as belong to this Hospital.

Mr TreaSr to have part of
the Vault on the North of St
Thomas's Church


Ordered that Mr. Trear be at Liberty to seperate for
his own use so much of the vault on the North side of
St. Thomas's Church now Held of the Governours by
Thomas Watkins< no role > as he shall have Occasion for.

Mr Wm. Fowler< no role > (Dyer) Proposed to give for a Lease of
the House in St. Thomas's (late Esther Bateman< no role > ) for
38. Years from the End of the Present Lease which
expires at Lady Day 1737.£42. Fine and afterwards
proposed to Add £10. more as a Fine & the same Ground
Rent of £2.15s. P Ann which Proposal was rejected
being much below the value.

Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read & Approved.

Mr. John Lane our Tennt. of Two Houses in Crouched
Fryers upon Lease expiring this day Proposed for a
New Lease thereof for 21. Years £12. P Ann Ground Rent
Free of all Taxes & Out goings A Fine of £150. whereof
£50. should be paid on Signing the Contract for the Lease
& the remaining £100. at Michas next and to put the
premisses into Substantial Repaires and to Lay out
in such Repairs or substantial Improvements £100.
at the least.

Which Proposal was Approved of and Agreed to by
this Committee and a Lease was accordingly Ordered to
be made to the said Mr Lane.

Clerk in pursuance of a Resolution of a Grand Committee
