Mr. Wm. Cooling< no role > propos'd for a New Lease for
21. Years of an House in Harp Row near the Old Bayly
from Michas 1728 when the present Lease expires
the Old Ground rent of £8. P Ann and £60. Fine &
to put the premisses into good repair.

Which Proposal was rejected as much below
the value And Resolved that the Committee
appointed to View the premisses in Finch Lane
view these premisses and also two Houses in
Fleet Lane in Possession of Mr. Lawrence and
Mr. Spicer and Mr. Cooling is to have Notice to
attend the next Committee.

and approved.

Ordered that the Two Houses in Finch Lane
in possession of James Collier< no role > & Abraham Hinderson< no role >
and also the House in the same Lane in the possession
of Mr. Fradin a Barber be Viewed by proper
workmen and an Estimate of Repairs taken
and that Mr. Baxter and also the said Ja: Collier< no role >
Abraham Hinderson< no role > & Mr. Fradin have Notice
to Attend the next Committee after such View.

Mr. Harris our present Tennt. of Several
Houses Etc in Bell Yard Southwark The Lease
whereof expires at Michas 1728. and Mr. Robert
Harle Proposed to take a New Lease thereof for
21. Years at the Old Ground rent of £24. P Ann
Tax free and to pay £1200. Fine £400. to be paid
upon Sealing the Contract and £800. upon
Delivering the Lease.

The Committee Agreed to this Proposal and
Mr. Harris and Mr Harle pd. to the Poors Box 2.
Guineas.

John Raby< no role > proposed to take a New Lease of a
House in Finch Lane formerly Lett to John Reeve< no role >
and his Wife for 21. Years from the expiration
of the present Lease at Christmas 1728 and to
pay the Old Ground of £4. P Ann and £120 Fine
