Extraordinary Charge of Washing the Patients Linnen
in that Ward.

Mr. Spires our Tennt. of a House in the Old Baily
Proposes [..] A Ground Rent of Five Pounds P Ann Tax free
& £50. Five for a New Lease for 21. Years from
Midsumer 1726. which was not approved He is to
Consider of a better offer agt. the next Comittee


Ordered, That the Chaplain of this Hospital fee old Ground Rent is 41d: P Ann: And the House is Lee at £17 p Ann but Estimated to be worth abt. £25. P Ann.
it be a standing Order of this Hospitall, That [..] the
Minister of St. Thomas's Parish for the time being
Do in the Publick Prayers to be Used in the Chappell
& in the Church Particularly Pray for the poor
Diseased People in this Hospital.

Hospital have One Pupil Added to their forever
Number of Three Pupils And that the Apothecary
have also an Additional Pupil to the Two Pupils
formerly Allowed to him.
