Agreed with Mrs. Rebeccah Denham< no role > to Grant her
a Lease of Two Houses near St. George's Church in
Southwark for 21. Years from Michas 1728. (when the
present Lease will expire) At the Old Ground rent of £6.
P Ann Tax Free she paying at the time of Sealing the
Contract for the said Lease a Fine of £200. & Agreeing to
put the Premisses into substantial Repaire and to Lay out
out in doing thereof £50. or upwards

She gave £1. 1s. to the Poors Box

Lease of Two Houses in Pater noster Row near Ivy Lane
for 21. Years from Midsumer last (when his former Lease
expired) at a pepper corne Rent for the first Two Years
and £63. P Ann for the Remainder of the Terme free of
Taxes He is forthwith to put the premisses into
Substantial Repaire at his own Charge

He gave 10s. 6d. to the Poors Box

in the Old Baily for 21. Years from Midsumer 1728.
(when the Present Lease will expire) to pay the Old

Report of the Grand Committee read & Approved.

Mr. Tapsfeild Attended to Treat for a Building Lease
for 61. Years of Six Tenements in St. Thomas's Parish
formerly Lett to Macklyn Green< no role > for 44. Years which
expired at Lady Day last at the old Rent of £5. 10s P Ann
And propos'd to Lay out £300. in New Building which
proposal was rejected and Notice Ordered to be
given to the said Mr Tapsfeild to Attend at the next
Committee in the mean time Mr Trear Mr. Mayo Mr Barttellott & Mr Gee
or any 3 of them to view the Premisses

Leases to be made ready
for Sealing wth 3 Mos.
from granting.


Ordered that all Leases hereafter to be Granted of
the Hospitals Estates be made ready for sealing
within 3 Months from the Grant thereof
Mr. Trear Acquainted the Committe That Mr Smith
our Tennant at Orpington desired Leave to Grubb up [..]
