the Plowing and Sowing of a small parcell of Land
left in Tillage being about Five Acres and an Halfe
which sums make together £164.18s 9d. out of
which he is to Deduct for Tythes £15.11s.9d. and for
the last Halfe years Rent due at Michas last
£7.10s. He having already paid the first Halfe years
Rent due at Lady Day 1724. So that there is to
be paid to him Clear the Sum of £141:17s. which
