Agreed with Mr. Thomas Burgh< no role > our late Tennt
of the underwoods at Parndon in Essex That he
shall pay the Rent for, the said Wood to Michas last
according to the Lease and Discharge all Taxes &
Rates to that time And that he shall be allowed
£131.10s. & £24.7s.8d. for the appraised value of the
Growth of the underwood left in Parndon Wood
to Michas last and also Two pounds One Shillings &
Three pence for the Rent and Seven Pounds for
the Plowing and Sowing of a small parcell of Land
left in Tillage being about Five Acres and an Halfe
which sums make together £164.18s 9d. out of
which he is to Deduct for Tythes £15.11s.9d. and for
the last Halfe years Rent due at Michas last
£7.10s. He having already paid the first Halfe years
Rent due at Lady Day 1724. So that there is to
be paid to him Clear the Sum of £141:17s. which
Mr. Trear is directed to Pay accordingly,
