shall Judge proper & Agreable to the Rules of the
Hospital.

Referred to Mr. Trear to Advise with Workmen what
Repaires are necessary to be done to the Bird in hand
in St. Thomas's Parish now in Wilson's Possession wch.
he Holds as Tennt. at Will and to Order the same to be
done so far as he shall Judge Proper on the part of the
Hospital.

Referred to the Sub Committee for Letting the Parndon
Estates to Consider of a Proper Method to have our
Woods & other Estates in the Country frequently Viewed
and what Method is best to be taken in Assignmt. of
Timber to our Tennts. for Repaires and to Report their
Opinions.

Agreed with Mr. William Sharpe< no role > Brother to
Mrs. Eliz: Cole< no role > our Tennt. of the Hospls. Farme at
Helions Burnpstead in Essex That a Lease shall be
Granted to him for 21. years from Michas 1725. at
which time the present Lease Expires at the yearly
Rent of £60. Tax free and a Fine of £200. to be paid
One Halfe at Lady Day next and the Remainder at
Michas next He is with all convenient speed to
put the House & Buildings into good & Sufficient
Repaire The Covenants Exceptions & provisoes
in the present Lease are to be contained in this
Lease and he is particularly to be Obliged not to
fell any Timber for Repaires without Notice first
given to the Committee or Trear that the same
may be Assigned within convenient time after
such Notice

He gave 10s. 6d. to the Poors Box

Mr. Woodfeild & Mr. North's proposals for taking
a Building Lease of Westfield in Hackney were
Read And Mr. Hammond Attended to Treat for a
Lease of a Close in Hackney part of Mr. Huggetts
Farme and Mr. Huggetts proposal for a Lease of
the said Farme was Read But the Committee did
not approve of any of the said proposals.

Mr. Lane proposed for Two Houses in Crouched
Fryers the Old Rent of £11. P Ann & £140. Fine and
to Lay out £100: in New Building part & Repairing
