Shore House with the Appartences at Hackney
now in possession of Jonathan Emmerton< no role >
which proposalls are to be Reported to this
Committee

Mr. Wragg on behalfe of himselfe & the other
Proprietors of the Bank end Waterworks Pray'd
an Increase of the Yearly Rent for Supplying
the Hospl. with Thames Water.

The Comittee Considering the Great Increase
of the Consumption of water in this Hospital
occasioned by the Additional Buildings And
that the Proprietors for Severall Years past
have Supplyed it at an under value and have
lost many Tennts. by the said Additionall
Buildings.

Resolved that the said Rent from Midsumer
next be Twenty Pounds P Ann

Mr. Bott proposed for a Lease of 21. Years
of 3 Houses late Ralph Hyde< no role > s in St. Sepulchres
Parish Held by 2. Leases at £6 & £8. P Ann and
Expiring at Michas 1728. the Yearly Rent of £20.
& £105. fine

Which Proposall was rejected as below
the Value But he is to have Notice to
Attend the next Committee.

He likewise proposed for the same Terme
in Two Houses fronting Elliotts Court in the
Old Baily Held by Lease expiring at Christmas
1728. the Old Ground Rent of £3. P Ann & £50. Fine

Eliz Warters Grant


Mr. Eliz: Warter< no role > the present Tennt. of the two
last mentioned House Propos'd for the same
Terme therein the old Ground Rent of £3. P Ann
& £60. Fine.

Which last Proposall was accepted and
she Gave to the Poors Box £1.1s.

Resolved that this Committee do apply to the
next Generall all Court for Liberty to Grant
Leases of the Premisses lately Burnt down
at St. Sepulchres before the Present Leases are
within 3. Years of expiring notwithstanding the
General Rule to the contrary
