Minutes of last Committee Read and approved.

Mr. Treasurer reported That the Purchase of Mrs. Taylors Farme in
Hastingleigh in Kent is compleated, And that he has paid £200: for the
same out of the Money given to this Hospitall by Mr John Rands< no role >
Will: The Farme is lett to William Smead< no role > at Ten pounds P
Annum

He also reported, That two Leaden Pumps have been put
down at Shore-house at Hackney according to the Order of the last
Committee.

vj: 3o: June 1719:

Mr. Deputy Stampers proposall for a New Lease for 41: yeares
from Expiracon of his present Lease, in which Nine yeares will
be to come at Michas next, being Considered; The Committee
Resolved not to Treat at present with him for Renewing the said
Lease: But agreed to lay his Request before next Generall Court
in Order to have their Drieccon to the Committee if the Court think
fitt to Treat with him.

Mr Crackloe Agrees to take a Lease of Two Houses in ye Tents,
One in his own possession, the other of Mr. West, for 21: yeares
from Michas next at £6:4s: P ann Free of all Taxes payable
quarterly; He is to pay the Charge of such Repaires as have been
already made, And to put the Houses into Sufficient Repaire at
his own Charge. And the Hospitall is to receive the Rents to
Michas next.

Thomas Allen< no role > Tenant of a House at the Hospitall Gate , haveing
given warning to leave the same at Midsumer last, & haveing
done the like for Michas and Lady day last, and yet keeps the
possession, so that the Hospitall is at an uncertainty of a Tenant

Ordered, That he be required immediately to Quitt the possession
or to Sued as a Trespasses and referred to Mr Trear.
