Minutes of the last Grand Committee Read & approved:

Mr: Trear is Desired
To take Advice on Mrs. Taylors Title, And proceed to Finish
the purchase for £200: and pay the Money, out of Mr.
John Rand< no role > 's Legacy:

Upon Reading a Letter from one of our Tenants at
Tibshelfe to Mrs. Mount dated the 11o: March last: Agreed
That the Consideracon of Granting a Lease of the Coale-Pitts
to Mr Parsons, be deferred.

{Mr. Parsons & Mr Hudson our Carpenter & Bricklayer
made A Proposall for a Building Lease for all the Ground
included in the Bowling Green Lease at Hackney: Of which
the Committee will Consider further.

{Ordered That 2: good Leaden Pumps be put up by the
Hospitall at Shore-house in Mr Emmertons possion: And he
to hold it for a yeare from Lady day last at the Old Rent
of £28: P Annum, which he Agreed to.

{William Rickaby< no role > Agrees to hold the Bowling Green House
at Hackney with the Outhouses, Green, Bare & Gardens
thereunto belonging, and now in his possion for 1: yeare
from Lady day last at £20: payable Quarterly; He to keep
it in Repaire, and the Hospitall to allow the Land-tax.

{Mr. Mackay agrees to Hold East feild for a yeare
from Lady day last and to pay £10: Tax free, Quarterly
He is not to permitt the Railes and Door-way before Corbysons
House to be continued, Unless the Hospitall and He comes to
an Agreement.

{Mr. Judith Barker proposed for the Westfeild and
the Little Houses £14: P Annum. But the Commitee
Resolved to Treat with her Under tenants. The Feild is Lett
to John Woodley< no role > at £14: P Annum, and the Houses at about
£10: P annum.

{Referred to the Hackney Committee or any Three of
them to Lett the Feild over against the Gravell Pitt Feild
and the Sand Pitt Feild adjoyning to it, as they shall think
fitt, For a year from Lady day last, Reserving a Liberty
for the Governors to Enter at anytime, if they Lett a
Building
