Mrs. Mary Turners Annuity to be Subscribed into the South
sea the first advantageous Opportunity that shall Offerr, if the
Governors. of Bethlem shall Agree to it

Gutters in the Squares to be made of Lead.

Left to Mr Trear to agree as he shall think fitt with Tuder's
Daughter for the £7:10s. due on his Notehe being dead.

The Lease to Hudson and Parsons of Houses in Bow lane
to be for 21: yeares from Xtmas: next, The Tennants paying the Rents
[..] to the Hospitall to that time for the Houses [..]
in Possession of Mr: Clarke & Mr: Cutter.

Mr Trear acquainted the Committee That Thomas Frederick< no role > Esqr :
lately deced has Given this Hospitall by his Will, a Legacy of
Five Thousand pounds to be paid within a year.

Sr: Gregory Page< no role > Bart : Sr. George Caswall< no role > Knt: John Frederick< no role >
Esqr: and Thomas Frederick< no role > Esqr: to have Staffs sent to them as
Governors:

Mr. Colbatch proposes for a new Lease of Jacob Twins< no role > House
in Wapping for 21: yeares from the end of the present Lease
the old Ground Rent of £3:10s: P ann, and a Fine of £80: and to
layout £80. in new Building & Repaires. But the Committee
thought it much Short of the value.

Ordered That Courts be held in August next at Hastingleigh
and Combe in Kent by Mr Trear Mr Mitchell Mr Mount and Mr.
Deputy Serocold, or such of them as can conveniently goe.
