Agreed that the Charges of the New Accemodacons & Alteracons
made by the Hospitler & Steward in & abt: their Houses in this
Hospitall and upon the Ground lying behind their Houses & the
Hospitall Chappell of which they have Taken A Lease from
One Mr. Spence; be Allowed them and brought into the
Hospitall Accompts The sd: Hospitler & Steward Entring into an
Agreemt: to be made & Executed by them in proper for that in case
of their Deaths or Leaving the service of the Hospitall their
Successors if they desire it shall have the sd. Lease Assigned
to them, without any Fine or other Allowance.

although his Lease is within three Years of Expiring he has
Ordered it to be done in the most substantiall Manner, and
shall Lay out a very Considerable Sume of Mony in the doing
thereof He depending upon the Goodness & Equity of the
Governrs: to Consider it in his Treating for it New Lease,
which he is ready to doe new, or when else they please;

the sd. Estate as soon as the Season shall be propper, And then
the Comittee will Give him Notice to make his Proposall's for a New Lease.
