the Hospitall But that otherwise this Committee is of
Opinion they should not be troubled upon such Bond.

And it is further Ordered, That the said Mrs Finch be
paid the Arreares of her Sallary, and that the payment thereof
be continued to her, she allowing thereout the Charges
which the Hospitall has been putt to against the said John
Barnett

And it is likewise ordered That the said John Barnett< no role >
shall not be permitted at any time hereafter to Resort
to, or Reside in this said Mothers House [..]
or [..] any other part of this Hospitall

Mr Brooked bank proposed to give Twenty Shillings P
Annum Kent for halfe an Acre of Land in Hackney lying
Eastward of the Ground lately lett to Mr Alud Denne< no role > for the
like Terme as is Grant to the said Mr Denne of which
Offers the Committee will consider when a view has been
taken of the said Ground.

The Leases granted to Mrs: Margarett book of several Tenements
& diverse parcells of Land in Hackney being near expireing, It is
Ordered, That Mr Trear, Mr Guy, Mr. Mitchell, Mr Micklethwaite,
Mr. Mount, Mr Kendrick, Mr Lyde, Mr Thompson, Mr Levell and
Mr Lamb or any Three of them, be a Sub Comittee to view the
same, and to Treat for the Letting thereof, And Report what they
doe therein, with their Opinions to this Committee

Proposall


Mr Nathaniell Smith proposes to give five Guineas
as a Fine, and the old Kent of £15. P Ann for a Lease for 20 [..] .
yeares from Michas last, of the two Tenements with the
Garden there unto belonging lately held by Mr Shewin
upon a Lease which expired at Michmas last, Stituate near
the Church in the parish of St. Mary Magdalen Bermondsey
in Southwarke in the County of Surrey . And to put both the said
Tenements forthwith into goods and Substantiall Repaire at
his own Charge. And in Case the said Garden or any part
thereof shall beconverted into or used as a Tan -yard, to
leave all the Pitts, Fatts, Buildings and Pavements which
shall be made or sett up in or upon the same, in good Orders
and Condicon at the end of the said Terme. But the said
Proposall not being accepted; And the said Mr Smith
Refuseing to make any Addition to the said Rent or Fine
It is Referred to Mr Trear to Treat with the said Mr Smith
or the said Mr. Shewin; And to make an Agreement Upon
