Minutes of last Grand Comittee read and
approved.
Mr. [..] Trear accquainted the Comittee that Mr:
virgin our Tennt, of the corner House goeing into the
Intended new Street having severall Light on the
Southside next to the Ground intended to be built
upon & lately Lett to Mr: Rydoubt, properly to
Release all his RIght to those Leghty & to
Consent to the Building of a House adjoyning
to it on that side and to make his Lights on the
East side next the intended new Street so as
he may be allowed Three pounds or thereabouts for the Charge
whereupon it is ordered that Mr. Trear agree
with him for any some not exceeding [..]

Mr. Comber attended and promoted to pay
the reside of this and Arreare of
Rent sometime this week and then the Committee
acquainted him they would Consider of the Facts
of his peticon at the next Committee and
